In 2021, the two rural culture ambassadors reconstructed the interior of the prayer room.
André Stremmel has worked with the Vuforia™ software..
Only with the help of a smartphone or tablet are digital objects inserted into the real environment and visualised on them together. When the tablet records the prayer room with its camera does the digital equipment become visible on the screen. Otherwise not.
Augmented reality is a digital extension of reality. The video (1:03min, without sound), produced by the Landkulturboten 2021, Andre Stremmel and Erik Peper, gives a foretaste of this.
Erik Peper worked with the Adobe Photoshop® program.
Based on an old photo and the floor plan, he returned the prayer room to its original furnishings.

The room is photographed.
And measured.
The rest of the work is done on the computer.
Firstly, the current furniture is removed from the room.
Here it already has a floor covering modelled on the old one.
Then it is refurnished.
