During the summer holidays, 6 pupils are working in the synagogue as rural culture messengers. Two of them will ensure that the synagogue is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. They offer well-prepared guided tours and look forward to your visit.
This year, the project is being financed by the Netzwerk für Toleranz Waldeck-Frankenberg, which receives funding from the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs' ‘Live Democracy’ programme and the Hessian ‘Active for Democracy and against Extremism’ programme.
During this period, the synagogue is also open on Sundays from 3pm to 6pm.
